My pictures are updated! A lot of my pictures from the Outback trip are up. I also noticed that for some reason all of my Australia Zoo pictures didn’t get uploaded, so there’s about 200 in that folder now too! Enjoy! :)

Let me first say that I’ve been really upset and saddened by the shootings at VA Tech. Jessica mentioned this too and I agree with her that we keep seeing the maps of campus and pictures and things like that, and it just makes me think of NCSU too, and how something like that could have easily happened at NCSU. It’s weird to get news like this from the Australian perspective as well. There is a great deal of talk about gun control laws, and how after something similar, although not nearly as bad, to this happened in Tasmania 10 years ago, there was essentially a ban on guns, and much tighter gun control laws enforced. Anyhow, my thoughts and prayers are with all of the students and families affected by such a horrible, horrible thing.

Well this is a weird transition to have to make
