New Qualification for Future Husband: Must enjoy Vegas.

I just got back from Las Vegas last night…wow, what a place! I was only there for two days, but it was a ridiculous two days. Vegas is the most over the top place I’ve ever experienced, and of course I embraced this and enjoyed every second of that ridiculous place! Friday night we went to see Cirque du Soleil “O.” We had second row seats…wow, it was incredible. There was a giant swimming pool on stage, which would suddenly turn into just a normal stage. It really blew my mind. Then Friday night we got front row seats for the Blue Man Group. WOW. I’ve always wanted to see the Blue Men, and front row just makes it ten times better. You have to wear a poncho! So awesome.

Vegas highlights:
- Watching the national rodeo championship at Toby Keith’s I Love this Bar, drinking beer out of mason jars, and my dad chatting up the cowboys around us.
- Sitting in the casino until 3am, losing money, enjoying free drinks!
- Texting people waay too much (sorry about that guys…)
- Crazy hotels. Beautiful Casinos. Sensory Overload!

I’m going to go ahead and be cliche and say that dead week is certainly not dead for me. I’m currently procrastinating on a paper that really would not be hard to write with proper time and effort, I just cannot get myself into gear, and Regina Spektor is hardcore distracting me. As is wikipedia, twitter, last.fm, and of course this darn blog. Amazingly I’ve been able to steer clear of facebook. I think my next procrastination move will be to migrate to the library because “I need to find some hard copy references.” Uh, yeah. Motivation, I’VE LOST YOU PLEASE COME BACK. PLEASE PLEASE.
