I am by no means one of those anti-group work people because I can’t work with others, but I sure am tired of TOO MUCH group work. I understand teachers want us to “learn to work as a team” like we would “in the real world,” but I sure can’t handle all this “real worldness” this semester, especially since I have a real job in the real world, a real GRE to take, a real life to mess with, without having to coordinate with TEN other individuals. Yes, collectively I am working with ten other people on three different projects. Three group work projects for different classes is just killing me. Especially with DESIGN projects. There’s only so much you can do as a group, only one person can be on InDesign at once! AHH. /vent
SOMEONE STOLE THE BEAUTIFUL MUM I HAD SITTING AT OUR FRONT DOOR.
Why? Why, plant thief, would you do this? THAT IS SO MEAN.
Give me my mum back! It brought me so much joy every time I got home!
Grr. But in other news, THIS WEEK IS OVER, THANK THE LORD. It was a doozy. But it’s done. Whew.
“Embrace the change bitchez.” – Maggie
First of all, I cannot believe this is a top news story on CNN. Second of all, GET OVER IT and embrace the change. If you were awesome like me and started using the new facebook, like, TWO MONTHS AGO, and realized that IT’S NOT THE END OF THE WORLD when fb changes, then you’d be fine right about now.
