Blue skies at night

There is an interesting transition period between sunset and full nighttime in Seattle. There is this period where it’s dark out, but the sky is still blue. It’s a little spooky.

By the way, this is “Red Square” on UW campus Just like the Brickyard. I often catch myself calling it the brickyard and people don’t know what the heck I’m talking about. And it is even more slippery than the brickyard on rainy days.

The ugliest powerpoint slide I’ve seen lately

All I could think about in class was, “man that’s and ugly slide.” The color, font, clipart…yuck.
