Alexandria, VA

We had two public meetings for the Commonwealth Avenue Sewer Improvements. Not many people showed up for the meetings, but it was still a good experience for me. I learned a lot more about public meeting logistics and planning, and it was great to spend time with my co-workers. I’m really glad I had the opportunity to go. Alexandria is also a beautiful city! It is right across the river from DC. I could totally see myself living downtown, and working in DC. Even though that would be almost as expensive as living right in DC. It’s just a a great downtown area with amazing restaurants, old buildings, and great shops.
Now more than ever I am stumped about what I want to do post graduation. I know things will fall into place how they are supposed to…but there are so many things I want to do! I want to travel. Work. Continue school. Move away somewhere. Are all those possible? We’ll see.
Okay, it’s too late for me to be awake! Time to try to go to bed!
